The biggest thing we want is our condition to go away, but for some people, it’s a permanent condition and for others the have a medical team working hard to help that go away.

The main problem is you want other things to be, when it’s not possible and that creates inner conflict.

 

For example, you see the promotion you wanted given to someone else and your thoughts tell you that if you weren’t so sick you could have worked harder to get it

 

Or you see your friends going on trips and your in hospital and your thoughts are telling you that if your health was better you would be able to go out and explore the world

 

Or even when you wake up in the morning and your completely exhausted ready to go back to tp sleep and your thoughts tell you, you should be able to go to work and get your job done if it wasn’t for your health.

 

No matter what your desire is, whether it be to have happiness and be unaffected by your health setback, or be unaffected by what other people say about you, and what they think, or to have the drive again it all comes down to controlling what we can, and removing the inner conflict.

 

And what creates inner conflict. Which causes us to feel _____ lack of control _____

 

So you have to stop the charge of it by asking yourself, can I control it? No, then let it go

When you remove the inner conflict and accept it, it disappears and stops

And we need as much energy as possible and what drains energy is trying to change something we have no control over. We most times we dont have control over our health setbacks, so trying to change it, drains even more of our energy.
